Lana Condor and Andrew Koji are set to star in a new romantic comedy film, ‘Worth the Wait.’

“Set in Seattle and Kuala Lumpur, ‘Worth the Wait’ is a story about the intertwining lives of Asian-American strangers over the course of a year as they find new loves, mend their relationships, and create new connections,” according to Variety

The film is currently in post-production and features a mostly Asian cast, including Ross Butler, Sung Kang, Elodie Yung, Karena Lam, and Kheng Hua Tan.

‘Worth the Wait’ will be directed by Tom Shu-Yu Li with worldwide sales rights acquired by The Exchange.

“A modern approach to ‘Love Actually’ with a star-studded Asian American cast, Tom made a heartwarming rom-com that is truly worth the wait,” said Nat McCormick, worldwide sales and distribution president for The Exchange.
