Beef, the critically acclaimed show that follows two strangers who end up feuding after an innocuous parking lot incident that leads to serious road-rage, has been a ratings hit for Netflix — and now, it’s reaping all the rewards for its cast and crew. Ali Wong who portrays Amy Lau, a wealthy (and soon to be wealthier) plant entrepreneur, made history (twice) as she became the first Asian American to win the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series and the first Asian American to win an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series.

See the awards highlights below, including heartfelt speeches from Steven Yeun, Ali Wong, and the show’s creator, Lee Sung Jin.
